The Rays have officially announced their rotation and it looks like this:
1. James Shields
2. Scott Kazmir
3. Matt Garza
4. Andy Sonnanstine.
I would’ve had Sonny up higher. He has been nothing but clutch this year. I like Big Game James first. He can be a force on the mound when he is at home.
Red Sox Rotation:
1. Diasuke Matsuzaka
2. Josh Beckett
3. Jon Lester
4. Tim Wakefield
The Garza vs. Lester matchup scares me. Lester is nearly unhittable. Garza will need to pitch the best game of his life to keep us in it. We have been able to hit Wakefield lately so we will see if that trend continues. If Kaz can go deep into the game on Saturday that would be a huge help. Beckett is tough to face. He goes deep into the game. If we can get to the bullpen early, that would be key.
